Key Employment is more than just a placement service. It is the only local service that supports the client after they begin their job. In fact that's where our work really begins. We assist employers with on site training and arrange for workplace modifications and wage subsidy schemes where appropriate. We also liaise on your behalf on training and apprenticeship matters.

Our goal is to provide your business with quality staff who can get the job done. We will make an employment plan which develops the skills and training needed to make our clients productive workers. Because this plan involves our workers' goals and dreams you get motivated and dedicated people. We will continue to assist as long as it takes to ensure the worker is able to meet all the needs of your workplace.

Our clients average over 12 months in their jobs and have a great record of workplace safety. Our own Employment Incentive Training Allowance has assisted our 600 employers and paid out over half a million dollars. Key Employment companies have been nominated for The Prime Minister's Employer of the Year Award every year since 1992 and the Pet Porpoise Pool won a coveted PM's Access award in 2002.
