Key Employment aims to provide excellent quality assessment; training and recruitment services to help people with disability get more skills, better jobs and more respect in the community.

Key Employment has been finding jobs for people with disability since 1991. In that time we have found more than 2500 jobs for our job seekers, many of who would not have worked without our support. We have placed over 450 apprentices and trainees; guided people through a university degree and assisted in the set up, initial promotion and ongoing support of successful small businesses.

We support people to achieve anything.

Key Employment is free.

Our success is based on our belief in the dreams and talents of our job seekers and on our understanding of the needs of our employers. With our support, our commitment and our energy people with a disability can achieve their goals and employers can get the best workers for their jobs.

We service the area from Iluka to Kempsey and have offices in Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Yamba, Nambucca Heads and Kempsey. We are able to service all eligible jobseekers and welcome all enquiries.

DES (Disability Employment Services)

Disability Employment Services

Disability Employment Services throughout Australia are gearing toward the renewal or issuing of the Disability Employment Service (DES) contract. DES providers will be offered contract renewal or may have to tender for the right to provide DES services from 1 March 2013. Key Employment remain confident an offer to continue will be made however in the interim we will provide the services to the standard set.

Our growth into a leading community role continues to see us championing environmental issues; supporting disability advocacy and access and driving new initiatives in training our communities to prepare for new ways of living and working within reduced carbon footprints. We are in modern premises with consistent modern image from all sites. We are funded by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR). All this without losing sight of our main focus, finding jobs for people with a disability. We also help our jobseekers keep their jobs and improve in their jobs so they can be promoted and earn more money.

Key Employment has been operating since 1991 and has placed and supported over 2500 people in local jobs.
