Key Employment finds jobs for people with a disability. It also helps people with a disability keep their jobs. Key offers a quality, free service and we are proud of how we listen to our clients and direct our efforts to best meeting their needs. Our aim is to help people with a disability prepare for a job, find a job and keep a job which lets them:

• Receive the same wages and employment conditions as workers without disability
• Do satisfying and varied work with opportunities for change, promotion and other development
• Develop increased confidence and self esteem
• Have chances to mix with people in the community

1. We assist you with an employment plan.
2. We develop a resume to help you find work.
3. We help you find work and training.
4. We will support you on the job.

We have placed over 1500 people and our workers have earned over $27 Million in wages.

All of our jobs are for award based wages or over and the average wage we get for our clients is much higher than the National average for services in regional areas.
