Key Employment’s Kempsey Kapow class has concluded for 2018. Under the expert tutelage of Trainer/staff member/all round legend Millie Kilmore. The class finished with 6 people graduating. From the start it was not an easy process according to trainer Millie, “This class was difficult at the start but once we all started to get to know each other, the dynamic changed which was awesome to be a part of.”
Several of the class have secured positions either leading to apprenticeships or full time employment. A fantastic achievement for all involved.
“People changed during this class, we had one person who was so dependent on his family, change to being able to do things on his own. We had another who was so one sighted in his career path that nothing else mattered. We got him to see outside the box and is now not reliant on chasing one thing in particular.” Millie said.
Key Employment are so very proud of our amazing staff changing lives every day.

“I found the course very interesting and would recommend it to anyone who loves animals, like me 🙂 But I loved that it wasn’t all in class and we went on excursions aswell. It was awesome, I wished it went longer.”
“Key Employment has changed my life by getting me a job and helping me start my career. They check on my progress regularly and are always there to offer support if I need it.”
“The service I received and the training I received was the best I’d had in years. They made the whole process easy and it wasn’t difficult to ask for help when needed. Gerry is a great trainer, and all the staff were friendly & helped at all times.”
“I like KAPOW because I can do the work well and the trainers are accepting. It is better than school and is helping get me a job.”
“This is a necessary course for people with low esteem, life skills and self worth. There is a sense of achievement at the conclusion of the course with the added bonus of feeling that going forward is achievable.”
