Melinda has finally been given a chance to show the world what she has. Melinda has the Musculo-Skeletal disorder Osteo Myelitis in both feet, which is extremely painful and has resulted in numerous operations. However, this has not stopped her from finally getting the opportunity in the workforce. Coffs Harbour City Council has employed Melinda as a casual Bookkeeper doing 15 hours per week. It seems fitting as the Council just opened the new arm of the International Stadium and is as busy now more than ever. Key Employment wish to congratulate Melinda and wish her all the successes going forward.
“Training @ Key provided an adult learning environment with non-judgemental teaching. They take the time to explain things to me which makes me want to attend.”
“This is a necessary course for people with low esteem, life skills and self worth. There is a sense of achievement at the conclusion of the course with the added bonus of feeling that going forward is achievable.”
“I found the course to be interesting and have learnt a lot about animals. It has pointed me in the direction of my future which is looking brighter. I met new friends and highly enjoyed the trips we went on. I also loved the teacher; she is beautiful.”
“I found the course very interesting and would recommend it to anyone who loves animals, like me 🙂 But I loved that it wasn’t all in class and we went on excursions aswell. It was awesome, I wished it went longer.”
“This course (Training & Assessment) would be extremely difficult and complex to teach, and i thought Gerry’s manner and delivery was very helpful in such a challenging course.”
