3 time Olympic Medalist Natalie Titcume was the guest of Key Employment for August’s Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. Natalie was exceptional. She spoke about the ups and downs of being an Olympian and what it takes to become the champion that she is. From making the entire crowd belt out the national anthem to talking about doing hurdles over pot plants, Nats speech had the crowd enthralled and wanting more.
“Some incredible business linkages throughout multiple medal winning Olympian, and Australian Softball Captain’s keynote address to the Chamber’s August luncheon. From overcoming disappointment, self-sacrifice for team mates with the bigger picture in mind, not comparing your Chapter 1 to someone else’s Chapter 10, and the elation/celebration of achieving your goals through process, focus, and shear determination. It is just a choice. Is it a choice you and your business want to embrace?” Said Chamber of Commerce President Martin Wells
“This course (Training & Assessment) would be extremely difficult and complex to teach, and i thought Gerry’s manner and delivery was very helpful in such a challenging course.”
“The trainer has helped me overcome barriers by building up confident work ethics and helped me to understand being in a formal working environment. Key Training is a social environment as well as a learning environment where we are all treated equal.”
“Key Employment are helping me get my driving licence by providing free driving lessons to help me along the way.”
“I think they are doing a great job. They are providing for my needs and they are there to help us. It’s nice to have some support without feeling afraid; they are very reassuring. I feel looked after and respected, and they allow support, but don’t take away your dignity.”
“My son is loving the KAPOW program. He said the whole group is really close and supportive of one another and he’s finding the Business course really interesting and relevant to what he wants to do with his life! That means so much to me, thanks Key Employment.”
