Charlotte joined Key Employment in 2020 as a consultant. Since then has moved into training and co ordinating the Kikstart Program, helping young people to achieve their pathway to employment.
Charlotte has a passion for helping people with disabilities, loves coming to work every day and seeing people working towards reaching their goals.
2020 has seen a lot of achievements for Charlotte, as she got married and found the job of her dreams.
Charlotte enjoys creating art, trying new food, scuba diving and loves to travel. She loves her job and the amazing team she works with at Key Employment and the care for the community they show every day.
