Chelsea has a focus on assisting her clients to overcome their barriers to find sustainable long term employment locally. Growing up on the Coffs Coast, Chelsea is active in the community supporting regional mental health, personal development and small business initiatives.
On weekends you will find her spending time enjoying equestrian sports, a passion shared with her family and friends
“I think they are doing a great job. They are providing for my needs and they are there to help us. It’s nice to have some support without feeling afraid; they are very reassuring. I feel looked after and respected, and they allow support, but don’t take away your dignity.”
“This is a necessary course for people with low esteem, life skills and self worth. There is a sense of achievement at the conclusion of the course with the added bonus of feeling that going forward is achievable.”
“This course (Training & Assessment) would be extremely difficult and complex to teach, and i thought Gerry’s manner and delivery was very helpful in such a challenging course.”
“It’s a great place to be to make great friendships and get along with everyone. They have a good laugh and make it fun. The teachers are chilled and not as strict. They treat us with respect and like adults.”
“Since I have been out of school and became a student at Key Training I have become a happier person and no longer have to put up with bullying. Key Training is amazing.”
