Since commencing with Key Employment Chelsea has enjoyed connecting with clients and working with them to achieve their employment goals across Woolgoolga & Grafton sites.
Chelsea has a focus on assisting her clients to overcome their barriers to find sustainable long term employment locally. Growing up on the Coffs Coast, Chelsea is active in the community supporting regional mental health, personal development and small business initiatives.
On weekends you will find her spending time enjoying equestrian sports, a passion shared with her family and friends
