Michelle was a pioneer in the field of computer operation in Australia and has been managing the payroll and finances of large companies for over 25 years. She is proud of her 2 beautiful children and dotes on her two grandchildren Charlie & Riley. She loves work, travel and touch footy.

Gerry is a former Training and HR Manager, joined the Key Team in December 2008 as Key Employment Training Manager. Gerry’s role involves establishing Key Employment as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and developing training qualifications for internal and external clients. A family man with four children and four grandchildren, Gerry enjoys fishing and is a passionate Parramatta supporter.

Adam commenced employment with Key Employment July 2007. I am a consultant and work in the area of job placement. My life revolves around my family, my wife Jodi and son Charlie with golf being my preferred sport where I play off a handicap of 0.

John Davis
John was appointed to the role of Process and Performance in July 2009. It is great being a part of the team at Key Employment dedicated to providing opportunities for people with disabilities. I am married to Jenny, with two beautiful children who both now live in Sydney. Although a ‘hacker’ golf is my game of choice.

Jodi Wood employed by Key Employment since February 2006. I am a Psychologist and work in the area of intake and assessment. I love my job as it allows me to work every day with my family - my parents Chris and Michelle, my Aunty Val and my husband Adam. The most important thing in my life is my son Charlie. When I’m not spending time with my family I love watching women’s soccer, playing touch football and travelling!

Stewart Robertson
I commenced employment with Key Employment in September, 2006 having worked my own business for the 14 years prior. I am the Manager Sales & Marketing. My interests are football (soccer to the non purists) and my love is my family. I have a beautiful wife Julie; we married in 1973, two beautiful daughters and son in laws, one magnificent son. Our daughters have given us four wonderful grandchildren.

Michael Swarbrick employed by Key Employment in February 2009 as an employment consultant. Originally from England I immigrated to Australia to be with my partner, Renae. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family, playing soccer and trying to play golf.

Steve Keenes
Steve Keenes was employed by Key Employment in June 2009 in Sales and Marketing, converted to a consultants role in 2010 assisting jobseekers find and maintain employment throughout the Coffs Harbour District.  I am an avid Roosters supporter and devote much of my home time to my family. I am also involved with several sporting groups including martial arts, cricket and the occasional round of golf.

Val Sheath started at Key Employment in May 2006 as Administration Assistant and recently my role changed to Administration Finance. I moved to Coffs 10 ten years ago with my son Michael and in 2005 met my husband Mark who also has a son Arden. When not enjoying time with our boys Mark and I go for a ride on our motorcycles.

Carolyn Daley
Carolyn has joined Key Employment after working in Admin in the medical field.  Communicating and caring for people is a rewarding part of her life.  She is married, with three beautiful grownup children. She enjoys playing tennis and is currently trying to enjoy golf.

Gavin Turner
I started work at Key in 2003 as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist. I resigned in 2006 as the only Admin staff and moved onto a 15 acre farm at Wyrallah, 13kms South of Lismore. I was reemployed with Key in 2007 as an Administration Assistant processing DEEWR invoice fees for all Key Employment clients. My hobbies/interests include cricket, rugby league/union, motor racing, swimming in my pool, and watching movies.

I was employed by Key Employment in September 2007 as an Administration Assistant in the Coffs Harbour office, starting out part time. I am now a full time staff member and also travel from Woolgoolga, where I live with my 15 year old son, to the Grafton office twice a week supporting both DES and JSA staff. My favourite pastimes are power walking on Woopi Beach, shopping, playing club keno and relaxing with a good book or in front of the telly.

I have recently become part of the Key Employment team, working in the accounts department.

I grew up in Bowraville and after spending 13 years in Alice Springs working for an accounting firm, I decided to wash the red dust off with some salt water and venture back to beautiful Coffs Harbour. I’m happy to be home and settling into my role here at Key Employment. I enjoy playing indoor beach volleyball and going camping with my husband and 2 energetic daughters Breeanna & Clare.

Ayman joined Key Employment in May 2010 as a Marketing assistant and also working in administration. Ayman has come from an administration background working at Coffs Harbour PCYC for the past 6 years doing a variety of rolls such as event organisation, fundraising, customer service and general administration. In his spare time, Ayman like to
relax at home and spend time with friends.

One of the original Key Employment staff members when it commenced in 1991. I have been an Employment Consultant and worked in the Nambucca office for several years. Since the re-structuring I am now in Maintenance for the Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. I have worked in the Disability field for 30 years. I have two children – a son who works in Karratha and a daughter who lives in Coffs. I have two beautiful grandchildren. My interests when I have time are kayaking, photography, gardening and visiting new places overseas.

Tim Hedditch employed by Key Employment in May 2000 as an employment consultant. I work as part of the Training Team and enjoy the challenges the job throws up. I have lived in Coffs for the past 28 years, have raised my family here and now look forward to what my three daughters are able to achieve over the next few years.

Todd commenced work with Key Employment in January 2010. His background is primarily in Club and Hotel Management. He’s the proud father of three beautiful children Tom 13, Meg 12, Jack 10 and best mate to Alyson 13, and Sarah 12, the lovely daughters of his partner in life, Michelle. Todd enjoys most sports; his hobbies are centered around the kids and the beach.

I have recently moved to the Coffs Harbour area from Sydney, where I worked for many years with State Government, most recently at the Sydney Opera House. I am a qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner and am currently studying Bachelor of Applied Social Science at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I have a son and daughter and five adorable grandchildren, three of whom live in Bellingen. My interests include travelling, movies and music and I am now enjoying having a garden and a cat. I am very excited about my role with Key Employment, which will allow me to continue in my passion for helping people.

Joe Monks joined the team at Key Employment in April 2011 as a Consultant. Originally from the Northern Territory, Joe relocated to Coffs Harbour where he has lived and worked for the last 16 years. Joe has worked and travelled throughout Australia and Europe working as a chef in his 23 year career within the hospitality industry. Joe joined Key after an 18 month stint with a local Group Training company employing Apprentices and trainees. Joe is married with three children and enjoys the weather and laid back lifestyle that Coffs has to offer.

I have travelled halfway across Australia to take up my role with Key Employment. I am looking forward to the challenge and ready to make a positive impact within the community. I have lived in Alice Springs for the past 5 years working in Community Development, using sport and the arts as a way of addressing extreme disadvantage . My experiences in Central Australia were  inspiring and extraordinary, however, I am excited to be back on my home turf. My wife and two daughters, Grace and Elsa, are equally happy to be back near the saltwater and seafood. Outside of work my passion is sport, (especially rugby league) and good times with the family and friends.

I have been employed by Key Employment as an Employment Consultant since Oct 2000. Last year I had a short stint at retirement and have returned on a part-time basis, 3 days per week. I am an avid West’s Tigers fan and enjoy watching most sports.  I am married with two sons and thoroughly enjoy my time with my grandchildren.

Sue-ann Sanders employed by Key Employment in September 2007 as Grafton’s Administration Assistant.  After an extensive background in Welfare in the Illawarra, I am now living with my family on our 10 acre farm ‘Touchwood’ just out of Coutts Crossing. I’m an optimistic individual who values honesty, sincerity, trust and respect. When not at my 9 to 5 job, I can be found pottering around the farm.

Patrick joined Key Employment in April 2011. "My wife and daughter have relocated from Armidale to Woolgoolga to enjoy some warmer weather. I have worked in the community services sector for number years and supporting people to achieve has always been my passion. Spending time with my family, playing sports in particular tennis and all forms of fishing is a great form of exercise and relaxation for me."

Natalie joined Key Employment in May 2011 as a DES Employment consultant as well as recently moving to the Grafton area. Natalie comes from a background of Child Protection & Welfare. Jennie was employed by Key Employment June 2009 as Grafton consultant.  With a background working with Clarence Valley unemployed I look forward to this new challenge. I live on 100acres of bushland, am the mother to 4 amazing young adults and 1st time ‘nanna’. As an owner builder there is no spare time but I try to squeeze in gardening, bushwalking with my kelpies, sketching wildlife and enjoying the company of great friends.
