Disability Service Standards

The National Standards for Disability Services help to promote and drive a consistent approach for improving the quality of services, rights and outcomes of people with disability across Australia.

At Key Employment you will be treated in accordance with these standards every step of the way.

We pride ourselves on being a very person-centred service and you will receive an individualised support plan to reflect this. Each year Key Employment is assessed by independent auditors to ensure we are meeting the Disability Service Standards. We have been accredited in this regard for over 20 years now.

Privacy policy

Key Employment may collect personal, sensitive and medical information to assist in the services provided by our company. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Key Employment uses your personal information to help us find you a job and keep you a job. We may disclose your personal information to Centrelink, Department of Social Services, Job Capacity or ESAt Assessors, Treating Doctors or Counselors, Employers, Training Providers and other organisations for the purpose of helping you get a job and keep a job. Information which is not relevant to this will never be disclosed and we will always ask for your written permission to disclose information about you.

Access to your personal information will be provided to you should you require details about any information held. You are entitled to ask us to change any details that may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date.

Grievance policy

At Key Employment we welcome feedback on our services and programs. At every KE office you will find compliment/complaint cards and we encourage you to complete these at every opportunity. We also run an annual client satisfaction survey to constantly strive to improve our services. However, if you ever have a serious complaint or are unhappy with anything about your KE program, we ask you to read and follow the steps listed on our grievance procedure.
