Kol commenced with Key Employment in April 2015.
He brings experiences and skills of nearly 30 years in the hospitality field as an employer, 12 years in the electrical trade and 3 years’ experience with the Department of Human Services. He is enjoying the challenges and the rewards this job offers and also the opportunity to help others with day to day life and work alongside their strengths.
Kol lives with his beloved wife and three much-loved children and he loves spending time with them. During his spare time, nothing beats a good day out on the water, whether it’s doing water sports with his kids or miles offshore catching some of the Coffs coast’s finest fish; he exhaustively enjoys all of it.
Kol describes the environment at Key Employment to be balanced and luminous, and he hopes to extend this setting to whomever he comes in contact with to further enhance their time at Key Employment.
“I found the course very interesting and would recommend it to anyone who loves animals, like me 🙂 But I loved that it wasn’t all in class and we went on excursions aswell. It was awesome, I wished it went longer.”
“Now I don’t think I am below anybody. I feel different from what I used to believe. I am treated like an equal individual and my opinions are listened to with respect and courtesy.”
“My son is loving the KAPOW program. He said the whole group is really close and supportive of one another and he’s finding the Business course really interesting and relevant to what he wants to do with his life! That means so much to me, thanks Key Employment.”
